Shipping
Shipping is estimated 10-14 business days and during Holidays 14-21 business days. There is an option to expedite handling if needed. I select the fastest shipping available. Ships USPS or UPS.

SnarlsBox promises that each SnarlsBox bundle is made with love, care and attention to detail always with you in mind. If you are ever unhappy with your SnarlsBox pls send me an email immediately so that I may remedy the situation.

Flat Rate shipping
Because every SnarlsBox is so different and customized there is no way to know the weights of each order ahead of time. For that reason the only way to charge for shipping is flat rate. It is as affordable as I can possibly make it.
Pls note that if you have had issues with your mail being delivered to your address consider asking USPS to hold your SnarlsBox at the post office for you after you order or request me add in signature required for delivery. It cost an extra $4 for that on average.

Returns, exchanges and Refunds
Because of the deeply discounted prices and the nature of the products sold at SnarlsBox things like returns, exchanges or refunds aren’t usually possible. However bc SnarlsBox promises you’ll love your purchase and bc I want you to keep coming back you may still email for help and I will always do my best to make you happy.
